Do I have a case?
Three things to look for:
Did someone else cause the vehicle crash?
Did the crash cause you to suffer physical injury?
Is the injury big enough to justify a lawsuit?
If the answer to all these are yes, you have a case.
Q. Why does an injury have to be so big ("catastrophic") for a lawsuit?
A. Larger injuries lead to much larger results for clients. Trials can be costly in time, effort, and expense. Expenses may include trial costs, court costs, attorneys fees, and medical liens. Trial costs and court costs do not scale up in cases with bigger injuries leading to better results for clients. (See attached example charts)
